Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) & BEHCA #
For the purposes of training, in BEHCA we split EVV into two categories:
- Directly using EVV as a staff person providing direct care, which is performed on the BEHCA mobile app, typically on a smart phone
- Setting up/configuring an organizations EVV settings and reporting staff EVV sessions, which is done on the BEHCA web app, using a web browser.
The video below provides an overview of utilizing EVV on the BEHCA mobile app as a direct support worker clocking their shift, including progress notes and signature steps. Note that EVV for a client is set up using a web browser with manager level account access, as explained in the second video.
The following video presents an overview of setting up, managing, and reporting EVV on the web browser-based version of the BEHCA app.
