New features in v9.4.0

  • Notification Center: Users choose which notifications they get by email, push and in-app, for each organization. It includes an optional daily email digest and one-click unsubscribe.
    • Organization notification policy: Managers can require a notification, or set its default, separately for managers, staff and guests.
    • Shift-aware MAR alerts: Users can choose to get MAR alerts only for profiles they’re on shift for.
    • New alerts: Shift changes, failed video processing, and expanded admin notifications.
  • Demo profiles: Any organization can create one, with optional sample data and a weather location. They reset every 30 days, and guests and groups can be given access.
  • Relief Care (Daily) EVV codes: Fixed 24-hour sessions that can’t overlap other clock-ins (e.g. Oregon OR507).
    • (new) These sessions are highlighted on the EVV dashboard, with a “Relief Care” filter.
  • Incident report numbers: Each company numbers its reports (IR-0042). Drafts are labeled, editing has its own sub-navigation, and the nav has a “Create New IR” menu.
  • (new) Incident report activity log: Shows returns to the author, edits and resubmissions. Reviewer feedback appears in the log with its date.
  • (new) Medication info on MAR screens:
    • Drug info opens as a modal: Reason, Side Effects, Interactions, Contraindications and Documents.
    • A medication’s supporting documents show on MAR screens, and the profile MAR list has an “n Docs” badge.
    • Interactions, contraindications and documents are also available to the mobile app (v7.4.0 required).
  • Staff profile photos on Account Settings.

Improvements

  • (new) Messaging:
    • New sub-navigation, and Team Contacts moved there from Organization.
    • Phones show one pane at a time.
  • (new) “Dashboard” is renamed “Trends.”
  • Simpler signup: Clearer messaging, and new social-login signups go straight to the Residential plan setup.
  • (new) Invites to an organization now work through the app link for people who already have an account.
  • Permissions: “Review MAR/IRs” is now two separate permissions, and Manage Team labels are clearer.
  • “My Schedule” nav placement now depends on the user’s role.
  • EVV:
    • Shifts in the Audit Log show the worker’s name, and shifts have a comment option.
    • Manager comments are threaded under progress notes.
    • EVV shows on mobile as soon as an organization turns it on.
  • Audit log:
    • Self-reported entries are grouped under Self Reporting.
  • Exports: Every file in a multi-month ZIP is named, and emoji show up correctly in PDFs.
  • (new) Layout fixes:
    • Responsive and iPad fixes.
    • Top nav icons drop away when the nav would wrap.
    • Long tracking labels stay inside the daily panel.
    • The notifications menu works on mobile.

Bug fixes

  • (new) Changing profile settings now refreshes the profile for every user, not just the one who made the change.
