# Video: Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) with the BEHCA App

For the purposes of training, in BEHCA we split EVV into two categories:

- Directly using EVV as a staff person providing direct care, which is performed on the BEHCA mobile app, typically on a smart phone
- Setting up/configuring an organizations EVV settings and reporting staff EVV sessions, which is done on the BEHCA web app, using a web browser.

The video below provides an overview of utilizing EVV on the BEHCA [**mobile app**](https://behca.com/support-category/mobile-app/) as a direct support worker clocking their shift, including progress notes and signature steps. *Note that EVV for a client is set up using a web browser with manager level account access, as explained in the second video.*
